TK Daily Preschool Curriculum is an original culmination of activities and projects that span the width and breadth of educational and fun childhood experiences. I have been collecting ideas for more than a quarter of a century! My goal is to give the children unusual and fascinating activities and explorations that, as a side effect, teach all of the preschool essentials - pre-reading and reading, numeracy, science, literacy, music, art, nutrition, physical education. My ideas have been gathered and are still being gathered from college classes in child development, curriculum books, workshops and training seminars, the internet, my creative imagination, trial and error, and a few noteworthy commercial products. Mother Goose Time curriculum is the basis for many of our TK lessons, because they offer interesting themes, quality and variety in their lesson plans, and they provide most of the materials needed for a plethora of fun and educational projects.
In January of 2010 TK introduced ZooPhonics, and within a month most of our kids, ages 2 - 6, have mastered the majority of their phonics! I am very impressed with this program, and have added it to our daily activities.
